Forbidden Techniques WIP

Okay, the title may be giving off quite a bit of a misunderstanding. Let me clarify what I mean by forbidden techniques,there are some skills in the Dragonball(Z, GT) So these techniqe aren't necessarily forbidden but you can only have a certain amount of them.
